In the world I envision, we lead with courage and compassion.
We confidently share our ideas. We extend grace, love, and empathy to ourselves and others. We ask for help. We celebrate what makes us unique. We admit our screwups. We have tough conversations. We speak up when what we see isn’t good enough. We care for ourselves so that we can care for others. We create environments of belonging and make others feel psychologically safe. We take risks. We hold each other accountable. We trust people to do their jobs. We set boundaries. We take an honest look at ourselves before we blame others. We work to understand our differences and our flaws. We lean into who we are instead of who we think we should be. We walk away when something isn’t serving us anymore. We evolve and change and find peace in that. We make every person feel like they matter—because they do. We work to become better versions of ourselves. We lead with our hearts so that we can inspire others to lead with theirs.
That’s the kind of world I want my future children to live in. I want it so much that I spend as much time with other teams and organizations as I do with my family, team, and company. I do it because I know it’s what I’ve been called to do. I believe in my message with every ounce of my being, and I intend to live my life sharing it with all who will listen.

It’s important to me that working together is a huge win for both of us.
I’ve worked with hundreds of individuals and organizations over the years. Here’s how I know we’re a good fit:
- You’re looking for an authentic, real, gritty, honest, heartfelt, emotionally moving, genuine, thought-provoking, and unique experience
- You’re willing to trust me to take a custom, one-size-does-not-fit-all approach
- You’re willing to give me the context I need to do my best
- You’re open to working together to identify ways to implement lasting change in your organization
**If that sounds like you, let’s make it happen. If it doesn’t, I say this with love: We probably shouldn’t work together.**

Because I own a company and lead my team, I live the challenges that organizations and leaders face every day. For that reason, I can speak to a wide variety of topics. But in general, my work falls into these categories:
- Teaching leaders and organizations to be more human
- Building cultures of belonging
- Creating the space for teams to (re)build trust
- Helping organizations inspire their people, regardless of industry
- Giving people the tools to take their communication skills to the next level
- Helping teams navigate change
- Offering a blueprint to bridge the generational gap
- Helping teams identify their weaknesses and work together to become stronger
- & more!
As far as format, I’m up for anything: keynotes, workshops, consulting, one-time sessions, ongoing work, custom leadership development programs, book signings, fireside chats, you name it. Small amount of time. Large amount of time. In person. Virtual. Doesn’t matter.
A quick note about virtual engagements: A friend once asked me, “How do you make the virtual experience so good that it would be disappointing in person?” That’s the bar I set for myself when I work with teams virtually. I make sure that interacting online adds to the experience instead of taking away from it. I believe that showing people it’s possible to create a welcoming, engaging, encouraging environment virtually helps them understand how attainable it is to create similar environments in everyday life. Whether we see each other in person or from behind screens, I will bring the same level of enthusiasm and intention to your event!
When we talk, we’ll nail down the content and the format together. Teamwork!
