The R&R Retreat
December 4th, 2025 from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. ET
Hit “pause” on your day-to-day and embark on a powerful journey to recharge, recenter, reset, and so much more.
It’s time to take an intentional timeout.
If you’ve arrived at this page, I’m guessing it’s because you’ve been feeling overstretched and overwhelmed lately...
If so, you’re not alone.
If your to-do list feels neverending, inbox keeps overflowing, and calendar is booked to the max, you might be asking: How do I escape the cycle of busyness and find my way back to what’s most important?
Your well-being. Your joy. Your greater purpose, impact, and contribution as a human being and leader. I created The R&R Retreat with you in mind.
Consider this a virtual getaway to help you step away from the day-to-day, reflect on what’s working and what’s not, and be inspired to take action around what needs to shift.
It’s amazing what happens when we make space to do this valuable work: The questions that arise, the epiphanies that land in the midst of deep reflection, and the camaraderie that reminds us we’re not alone.
Join me and my team, along with hundreds of others from across the globe, as we support one another in achieving the lives and legacies we dream of.
Together, let’s create the space we need to envision where we want to go, who we want to be, and how we’ll get there.
What will our time together look like?
We will hit pause on the day-to-day and take time to look inward as we reflect on meaningful questions and get clarity for what lies ahead. Our agenda will look a little something like this:
PART 1
Looking Back
In the first part of our time together, we’ll focus on looking back on the year through a series of reflection exercises, breakouts, and group discussions. We will explore:
Highs, lows, and lessons learned so far this year
Limiting beliefs and mindsets that held you back
Where you felt in and out of alignment, especially in regard to your work-life harmony
Your happiness and joy—both at work and outside of it
Gratitude and acknowledging those who positively impacted you this year
PART 2
Looking Ahead
In the second part of our time together, we’ll switch gears and focus on looking ahead. We’ll use the reflection and discoveries from part one to set clear goals and a rock-solid game plan for where we want to go in the upcoming year and beyond. We will explore:
Your vision for your life and legacy as a human and leader
Necessary endings that must take place in order to get closer to that vision
The one goal that will have the biggest positive ripple effect on yourself and others
An accountability plan to help ensure you bring your goal to life—especially when life gets busy again
You’ll leave The R&R Retreat better able to define who you want to be, where you want to go, and how you’ll get there. More than anything, you’ll recognize that you aren’t alone in the challenges you face, and you’ll feel empowered as you support others—and they support you!
Meet your host
Hi, I’m Kristen!
I haven’t always gotten this human leadership thing right.
When I was 19, I started a cleaning business with no leadership experience whatsoever. It was a disaster: Just days after I hired 60 fellow college students to clean hundreds of apartments, 75% of my team walked off the job.
Looking back now, I’m so grateful that moment happened because that's when my obsession with leadership and culture began.
The odds were certainly stacked against me. By definition, my cleaning business was anything but glamorous, and the margins were so low I could barely afford to pay more than minimum wage.
If it wasn't the work or the pay that attracted people to the job and kept them happy, what else could I offer?
Years of trial and error, mistakes, and countless lessons learned gave me my answer: culture. I discovered the importance of human leadership and creating an environment where people know they matter.
The result? A company that defied industry benchmarks and kept team members for years and years because they felt valued.
More than a decade later, my work looks a lot different. After seeing the results in my own company, I was inspired to help other organizations create people-first cultures and ignite human leadership on their teams.
Today, I work with leaders, teams, and organizations across all industries to help them build their own cultures of trust, connection, and off-the-charts engagement.
We spend so much time at work. I believe it should be the place where we feel cared for and where we know that our leaders and organizations value our humanity.
My invitation: Let’s build a world where this is the norm, not the exception . . . and let’s build it together:
The R&R Retreat could be the reset you need in your journey!
