I have been in leadership positions since I was in 4th grade and have taken dozens of leadership training courses throughout the years on many different topics, gleaning what information I could from each training but often leaving those trainings feeling that they weren’t worth the price of admission. This one was different! The way that Kristen presented the topics, the breakout sessions, the structure…it left me wanting to learn more from her. It was quite possibly the best leadership training program that I have been through. I have already made the recommendation to my supervisor, an Associate Dean in CALS to recommend it to all of the staff that is under him because I think that it is worthy of the investment.
